Shipping policy

Hellenic Energy ships throughout Greece, including islands and remote areas.

Delivery Time  
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days for mainland Greece and 3–7 business days for islands and remote areas.

Shipping Cost  
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the weight and destination.

Large Equipment  
For large products, such as photovoltaic panels, batteries and inverters, shipping is carried out by a transport company and the delivery time is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking  
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
